Milacron Reduces Board Size
CINCINNATI, Ohio – August 20, 2008…Milacron Inc. (MZIA.PK), a leading global supplier of plastics-processing technologies and industrial fluids, is decreasing the size of its board of directors from eleven seats to seven in order to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Current directors Sallie B. Bailey, Don R. McIlnay, Matthew S. Sanford and Lewis J. Schoenwetter have voluntarily resigned, effective today. Continuing as directors are: John P. Bolduc, Ronald D. Brown, John B. Caple, Jason T. Eglit, Tiffany F. Kosch, Mark L. Segal and Larry D. Yost.
Milacron has also dissolved its nominating and corporate governance committee, whose work is being assumed by the board at large, and has reduced the personnel and compensation committee to three directors: Ms. Kosch and Messrs. Bolduc and Yost (chair). The audit committee remains at three: Messrs. Bolduc, Eglit and Segal (chair).
