This platform’s large ram diameter and unique prefill cylinder design also reduce mold wear and allow for fast tonnage build-up.
The Omega has 4 clamp tonnages that are paired with 7 variations of injection units, allowing for a wide range of operational capacity. Clamp, injection unit, screw, and barrel technologies can be configured to optimize the production of a large range of parts including consumer goods, automotive, packaging and custom molding.

The Omega has a twin–cylinder injection unit, and this platform also offers uniform load distribution across the screw centerline. The injection unit is equipped with a high–torquehydromotor for maximum output and swiveling feature for ease of maintenance.
